Holly Jannaway - Founder & Director

Holly founded R.E TALENT in 2024, bringing over 9 years of expertise in property recruitment, working across a variety of roles from entry level to C-Suite Executive Search.

She started her career in residential real estate, before pivoting into the recruitment sector.

With a strong focus on providing tailored solutions, Holly partners with her clients to deliver results that go beyond traditional recruitment. This dedication to go above and beyond for her clients has helped her build a strong reputation in the marketplace.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology.
