Holly Jannaway

Holly founded R.E TALENT in 2024 after identifying a significant gap in service levels and candidate quality within the property & real estate recruitment industry. With a decade of experience in property recruitment, she has successfully placed talent across a wide range of roles—from entry-level to C-suite executive search—throughout NSW, including both metropolitan and regional areas.

Holly began her career in residential real estate before transitioning into recruitment, where she rose to become Director of a large recruitment agency, leading a team of 10. Her background equips her with a deep understanding of both industries, allowing her to offer strategic and tailored hiring solutions.

Known for her client-first approach and commitment to excellence, Holly prides herself on delivering outcomes that go beyond traditional recruitment. Her dedication to building genuine partnerships has earned her a strong reputation in the market.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology.

Having worked her way up from entry-level, she offers a well-rounded, inside-out understanding of the industry.

Originally a country girl from New Zealand’s South Island, Holly left home at 13 to attend boarding school and began her property career at just 20. Now a proud mum of two beautiful young children, she has called Brisbane home for more than 16 years.

Alfie Erskine

Alfie is responsible for roles across residential real estate agency clients Sydney-wide.

He holds a First-Class Honours degree in Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth and has over three years’ experience working in fast-paced, relationship-driven environments. Prior to joining the team, Alfie worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the engineering sector, where he recruited a wide variety of roles across civil engineering and related industries throughout the UK.

Emily focuses on Strata, Commercial, and Property Development roles across Sydney, supporting Director Holly Jannaway.

Before joining R.E Talent, Emily worked as a Candidate Manager specialising in HR, Administration, and Accounting roles, supporting two top-performing recruitment consultants.
